My kids are really such good friends and I LOVE it! Yes, it's a madhouse around here most days and there is plenty of fighting and yelling. We're working on that. ;) But there are also lots of snuggles, lots of helpers and lots of love. I hope that it sticks with them throughout the years. I hope that they always have each other, no matter what time or distance may do, to relate to, confide in, lean on and love. I know that there will be times when they'll need each others' support more than mine, times when I simply can't relate. And for that I'm grateful they have each other. I keep telling them over and over how lucky they are to have each other. I just hope they realize it! And I have felt so very very blessed to have so many beautiful, wonderful, healthy, happy kids. Nothing, apart from my husband makes me happier than taking care of these fabulous little people.
I happened upon this cute little snuggle one day when Claire was supposed to be taking a nap, but instead snuck out to watch a show with her brother.
Parker may very well be Emma's favorite person on the planet, apart from Dad. He is so good to her. He loves to help with the little ones, and she certainly appreciates it.
And while this photo obviously doesn't show sibling love, it DOES show what a cute and troublesome little monkey our Emma is. Most days the poor little stink gets left in her high chair until breakfast is all cleaned up......or else we get a big mess.
