EEK!!

Quick! Somebody call the sheriff!

Cause there's a ghost in my house!

Can you tell Mr. Ghosty man took his costume VERY seriously? This was his "Ooooo" face. He was pretty disappointed that little kids at the trunk or treat didn't run away in fear. He fully expected it. He looked like a real ghost you know!

Actually when he first put it on he did indeed frighten his little sisters. Paige kept talking about how cute he was trying to reassure herself. Claire flat out threw herself on the floor and hid her face in the carpet when he offered her a cookie.

The queen of the evening:
She was of course gracious and kind to all of her adoring subjects. And stuffed her face with "canny" every second Mom wasn't looking.

This is what the little monkey had to say about Mom not letting her have any:
I find it fitting to point out that one of Emma's brothers tied a knot in her monkey tail (that Mom can't get out) before the evening ever began. It's TRICK or treat right?

The one and under crowd behaved quite well. As funny as Claire thought it was to wear her own costume, she wasn't quite sure why everyone else was doing it. But all she needed was a tootsie pop to keep her happy for the rest of the evening.

And I had to include the tail shot. It totally makes the costume. It's sewn on in a way that makes it wag when she walks. TOO STINKING CUTE.

Happy Halloween from our house to yours! We hope you had as much fun as we did!

I don't even know what to say! Cutest group of kids I know! (along with a roudy group of 3 boys in IL of course)

Jack and Parker would be friends. I think it would be so funny to see if their intense personalities would mesh. I bet so!

Love you friend-
