A Domestic Achievement

I am so proud of my most recent domestic accomplishment that I wanted to post it here. Congratulate me, pat me on the back. Yes folks, I made applesauce! With the help of a dear friend and neighbor, I am learning how to can. How cool is that?! I never thought that this would be something I could get into, but I think I'm already addicted. It's a good thing, because we're going to have lots of apples come fall!
